When you book an event station or place an order, we ask for:

• Your full name
• Your phone number
• Your event venue or delivery address
• Event details: date, time, guest count, and package

These details are typed into a Messenger message that you choose to send us. We do not ask for payment card details on this website.

Only to confirm your booking or order, prepare the right amount of taho and tokwa, deliver to the right place, and contact you about your order. We will not send you promotions unless you ask us to.

Your details are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. Your messages are delivered and stored by Facebook Messenger, which handles them under Meta's own privacy policy.

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser only remembers that you have seen our notice, and that stays on your device. If we add visitor stats later, we will use a cookie-free tool or ask you first.

Your order and booking details live only in our Messenger conversation with you. We keep those conversations for up to 12 months so we can help with repeat orders and questions, then delete them. You can also delete the conversation on your side anytime.

Under the Data Privacy Act, you can:

• Ask what information we have about you
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your information
• File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission
